We offer a 2-year warranty on remanufactured hardware and one-year on accessories. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Repairs and 4-Step Easy Warranty Process

  1. To register your repair, please click here — and  fill in the online service request form.

Once we receive your service request, we will email you verification that you are in the system by giving you an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number, along with a shipping label. Keep this RMA number as your reference. You will NOT receive an RMA number if you have not switched off the FMI function. See next point.

  1. You must turn off the FMI (Find My iPhone) in your iCloud account.

VERY IMPORTANT: We can’t process your service request  until you do this. And please do NOT try to turn it on again as this will immediately stop the RMA process.

  1. You will need to make a backup copy of the data, files and contacts. We may have to reset the device or return it to factory settings. We are not liable for loss of data.
  2. Please pack the device (with all the original accessories that came with purchase) in the box with your proof of purchase. Add the shipping label, be sure your RMA number is written on the outside of the box (near your return address is fine) and ship to us — and you’re done.

Need to repair more than one unit?

No problem. You can enter multiple units using the same form where you apply for your RMA number.

Need repair out of warranty?

If your product is out of its 2-year warranty, you can still register for repair. We will provide you with an estimation of the repair costs before we start the repair.
